Thunder Basin Ford
Our friend Don Clonch was recently diagnosed with brain cancer. Circumstances have left the Clonch family without health insurance. Don is a supporter of the Chamber and the community and was a member of the Chamber Board of Directors for 8 years. We are asking the Chamber membership and community to come to the aid of the Clonch family in their time of need.
Thunder Basin Ford has generously offered to host January’s mixer at their dealership, as a benefit for Don. Proceeds from our 50/50 Raffle (which usually benefit the Gillette Area Leadership Institute Scholarship) at January’s mixer will instead be donated to the cause. (As always, mixers are free to attend and open to the public.)
A fund has been established at Campco FCU under the name “Don and Cynthia Clonch” for those that would like to contribute something immediately.
Basin Radio’s Sammi Thompson and MC LLC’s Jessica Pierce are organizing further fundraisers, and are currently taking donations for items to be used in a silent auction. You can find out more at the Facebook page established for Don, Don Clonch Benefit.
If you’d like to help, please contact Sammi at 307-622-5157, Jessica at 307-686-5121, or the Chamber at 307-682-3673. Any support you can give, we deeply appreciate.
